CPMA to Convene 93rd Annual House of Delegates

Doctors of Podiatric Medicine (DPMs) from throughout California will be traveling to Anaheim, California to attend the California Podiatric Medical Association’s  (CPMA) 93rd Annual House of Delegates to debate a variety of healthcare issues pertinent to Californians. 

 

Nearly 100 doctors serving as delegates and alternates and representing eighteen (18) geographic communities from Eureka to San Diego will convene at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California on June 8.

 

Resolutions decided by the House of Delegates set the policy for the 1000 plus member Association on issues concerning public health, ethics, science, education, reimbursement and other insurance issues.

 

Other actions before the 93rd House of Delegates include:  The election of officers – CPMA will inaugurate Tracy L. Basso, DPM, of Davis, as President.

 

Assemblyman Paul Koretz will receive CPMA’s 2005 Consumer Protection and Service Award and former Assemblymember Lou Correa, Orange County Supervisor, will be presented with the President’s Award.
